The online search catalog of the CESOP Database allows two ways to access searches: COMBINED SEARCH that allows the combination of one or more items from the catalog: ◄keywords, ◄search location, ◄search date, ◄Research institute or ◄survey number and the FREE SEARCH that allows you to find surveys from any word in the questionnaire: ◄questionnaire content.
Access to the survey descriptions is free, and the questionnaire, methodology and frequency table can be downloaded and microdata (available in SPSS format - Statistical Package for Social Sciences) will be released after the user registers.
Our goal is to allow access to microdata from CESOP's Database in a simple and fast way, for that, we request that:
► fill in all the information requested in the registration;
► read and accept the Term of Commitment for the use of research microdata and the Bibliographic Reference Norms;
► Registration takes 5 working days to be released manually by the CESOP Database team. After the release, the user receives an activation code via the registered email so that their registration can be activated. This code must be informed on the website.
► preserve the integrity of microdata information;
► the original information in the databases must not be altered;
► rigorous citation of the source used according to ABNT standards, as follows: - OPINION SURVEY. In: CESOP/UNICAMP Database. Available at: https://www.cesop.unicamp.br/por/banco_de_dados. Accessed in ___/___/___;
► as soon as the work is finished (report, book, article in book or magazine, dissertation, thesis and research project), send a copy to the e-mail (cesopsit@unicamp.br) informing all data for inclusion on the website and /or in the Centre's five-year reports;
► the commercial use of any information from the microdata of researches in the CESOP Database is prohibited;
► TRANSFER OF LOGIN AND PASSWORD to third parties is prohibited. If this occurs, the registration will be deleted from the CESOP Database;
► in case the database(s) is transferred to other people, they must send an email to (cesopsit@unicamp.br) informing the receipt of the database and requesting the Term of Commitment for the use of the Dice.
